Battered Women's Shelter

This is a great outreach to involve the women in your church. Most cities do have a "safe house" or "woman's shelter" but they are not always easy to find. If you do know of one in your city, try visiting them and possibly helping them with a meal, spring cleaning, manicures, or just a little fellowship time. The cost is very low for the amount of impact you will have on the lives of the women.
